These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RevioReputation, an AI-powered review management platform operated by Revio Reputation LTD ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Definitions

"Service"

The RevioReputation platform, including all features and related services.

"User" or "You"

Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

"Content"

Reviews, responses, data, and other materials processed through the Service.

"Subscription"

Your paid or free access plan to use the Service.

2. Account Terms

2.1 Account Creation

To use RevioReputation, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Have authority to use connected business profiles (Google, Facebook, etc.)

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@revioreputation.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Service Description

RevioReputation provides the following services:

• Review aggregation from multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, etc.)
• AI-powered review response generation and suggestions
• Analytics and reporting on review performance
• Notification systems for new reviews
• Integration with third-party review platforms via their APIs
• Campaign management for review responses

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise, Agency) with different features and limits. Current pricing is available at revioreputation.com/pricing .

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payments are processed securely via LemonSqueezy
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time. Contact billing@revioreputation.com for refund requests.

4.4 Price Changes

We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Your current billing period will not be affected by price changes.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use RevioReputation to:

• Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or individuals
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in any activity that damages our reputation or Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI assists in generating review responses. By using AI features:

• You acknowledge AI suggestions require human review before posting
• You are responsible for the final content posted to review platforms
• AI-generated content may not be perfect and should be verified
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI suggestions
• You retain ownership of final responses you create and post

7. Third-Party Integrations

RevioReputation integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.):

• You must comply with each platform's terms of service
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs
• Access to reviews depends on your authorization with each platform
• Third-party platform outages may affect Service availability
• We may update integrations to comply with platform requirements

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

RevioReputation, including its code, design, features, and branding, is owned by Revio Reputation LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your business data and review responses. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse the Service or other users

9.3 Data After Termination

Upon termination, we may delete your data after 30 days. You may request data export before account deletion (see Section 9.4).

9.4 Switching and Data Portability (EU Data Act)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the "Data Act"), you may at any time switch to another provider or to your own infrastructure, or simply exit the Service:

• You may initiate switching or termination with a notice period of no more than two months. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no exit fees, no long-term lock-in.
• Upon request, we will provide an export of your data — including your locations, reviews, responses, campaign history, and account settings — in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV).
• We will complete the switching process, including the data export, within 30 calendar days of your request. If this is technically unfeasible in a specific case, we will notify you and complete it as soon as possible, within the extension limits permitted by the Data Act.
• We do not charge switching fees. Data export and reasonable assistance with your transition are free of charge.
• During the notice period, the Service continues to operate normally under these Terms, and standard subscription fees for that period remain payable.

To request an export or switching assistance, contact us at the address in Section 14 or use the data export options in your account settings.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIOREPUTATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revio Reputation LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Varna, Bulgaria. For legal inquiries, contact privacy@revioreputation.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
